Please keep in mind that I have a 48hr cancellation policy. I charge a 30% fee for any booked appointments that no show or cancel within the 48hrs. Please let me know if you need to reschedule your appointment prior to the 48hrs. Appointment confirmations are sent 72hrs in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you made months ago. Guest who arrive more than 15mins late will be rescheduled or modified as needed to be on time for all following guest. Please understand that when you forget to reschedule or cancel your appointment without giving me enough notice I miss out on the opportunity to fill in that spot & clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. -Thank you!
